THE CONCEPT
Hilma Af Klint assumed that there was a spiritual dimension to life and aimed at visualizing context beyond what the eye can see. While painting, she believed that she was in contact with a higher consciousness that spoke and conveyed messages through her. She sought to understand and communicate the various dimensions of human existence.
The front of this garment features Hilma af Klint's painting HAK 523 No. 3 Series VII intersected by our Dead Artist Society graphics.
The back of the garment features Klint's artwork details in a design that reflects the geometry found throughout the canon of her work.
